How do I pregrade a card?
On an eBay listing, right-click the card's front photo and choose CardFax: use as card FRONT. Add the back the same way if the listing has one, then open the CardFax extension and click Pregrade this card.
How many free pregrades do I get?
Every account starts with 5 free pregrades and keeps 5 saved at a time. After the fifth, a 7-day countdown starts; when it ends you can swap out all 5 cards for new pregrades.
What do the paid plans include?
Paid plans add more saved pregrades, swaps any time, the CardFax app and API access, up to a website built and managed by CardFax. Sign in at grade.cardfax.com and open Your Plan to see them all.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open your dashboard at grade.cardfax.com, choose Your Plan, and use Manage billing to switch plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
Is a pregrade an official grade?
No. A pregrade is an opinion from listing photos. For a registered grade, have the card graded and registered on the CardFax.
Where is CardFax available?
CardFax currently serves the United States and Canada.
